Luxury Dog Day Care in the Heart of Worksop Town Centre

Throughout Sarah's training sessions and regular ongoing discussions with her clients, a regular theme was recognised; her dog owners were reporting that "high numbered day-care centres worried them because of the risk of accident or injury to their dog". They also said that they "do not feel their dog would cope well in a large ‘packs' and therefore had avoided sending their dogs to day-care". Even those clients that do currently use day-care report that their dog seemed "absolutely exhausted from their day and do not seem to want to interact with the family as they would normally".

Located in Victoria Square, the luxury Dog Lodge has nothing but your dog in mind. Having already achieved a 4 Star rating with Bassetlaw Council, the highest they can achieve within the first 2 years of trading which was an outstanding achievement.

It is a concept brought only to light by listening to you, the owner. Through observing dog behaviour and seeing their need for stability, socialising and being amongst natural surroundings, The Woof Hub were able to compose a calm, natural environment for your dogs during your daily absence. High-energy day-care centres often leaves dogs anxious and stressed. There appeared to be a clear niche in the market to offer ‘home from home’ day-care that is not actually undertaken in a private home.

The Dog Lodge offers a simple and very personal experience which boasts a maximum number of 8 dogs in at any one time. Your experience begins from the moment you walk through the door. There is a personalised name peg waiting for your dog where you can leave their things knowing they won't get lost or sent home with the wrong family. A friendly, helpful member of the team will greet you and will take your dog through to the 'enrichment room'. Here they have the chance to meet their friends who arrived before them and give them chance to say hello and play.

They have full access to the 'relaxation lounge' where they can relax and unwind with music suitable for those sensitive ears. The lounge boasts comfy sofas, bean bags, raised beds & toys. During their stay they will go on an hours walk which encompasses the gorgeous Sandhill Lake & Worksop Canal towards Shireoaks.

The Woof Hub will ensure your dog receives any routine meals alongside any medicines while in their care too. They can even link training programs with their stays. Just ask!
